What do you want to pursue?
Where do you want to go?
What do you want to spend your time
and energy doing?
What does your heart truly desire? ⠐ ⠐ ⠐
Sometimes when we ask ourselves these questions
we feel that we need to come up with an absolute.
An answer that will never change
a purpose that will be our life goal
and that we need to “stick to it”
forever.
In reality, what we want will shift
it will change over time
it will grow & evolve into what it
needs to be
from one moment to the next.
We don’t need to cling to one desire
as if it’s the only thing we could ever have,
like it’s the only thing we deserve.
No, there is so much room for our
wants & needs to expand & change course
over time. And what we are walking towards
in this moment is on the path of our evolution.
If we change our mind, we aren’t losing anything.
We aren’t “starting over” or taking steps back.
All of our momentum hasn’t been lost.
Nothing is wasted.
The real question isn’t “what do you want your life
to look like in 10 years from now?”
but “what do you want your life to look like
right now?”
Today.
What calls to you?
What fills your life with joy?
What makes every moment special?
We don’t have to figure it all out, for the rest of time, right now.
We just have to follow our heart’s desire for today.
And over time, if we continue to follow our heart,
we will build the life we never could have planned
or even dreamed.
Because life unfolds in the direction we look
and we absolutely have the power to take the steps
in the direction we desire.
Without excuses.
Without barriers.
Without limitations.
And when we walk that path, things will change,
but that is the beauty of life.
Things change & grow as they are meant to
we just have to trust ourselves enough to
take the first steps.
To listen from within & pay attention to what
we truly desire. And not just wish it will happen
but take action so that it does
and also be willing to let the desires of the heart
change when they need to so that life is full of
wonderful experiences of love & fulfillment.
You are living TODAY. So live for it.
What does your heart desire to move toward?
