Sometimes mindfulness can seem "out there," unattainable or even boring ;) But through my program, I share down-to-earth ways of bringing mindful practices into your life (and my silliness shines through in our sessions together - I laugh a lot along the way!)
A 28-day yoga & meditation series to connect with the energy centers of your body, mind and spirit. Through daily yoga practices, including power yoga, yin, meditation and breathwork, you will explore the seven main chakras and the energies associated with them. The daily practices are 30 minutes with a special 45-minute finale class to wrap up this beautiful energy-shifting month. This series was designed to take you on a journey of strength and ease to awaken the highest vibrations of energy within.
On Inner Dimension TV, we’ve got yoga, meditation, breathwork & programs - all taught by an amazing team of experienced teachers. There are classes for all levels so check it out!
