A NOTE FOR DAILY JOURNALING:

Feel free to journal before or after your practices! I personally like to journal just before my practice and then revisit and add anything to my journaling after my practices as well. This is a way for me to connect with myself on deeper levels during my practice and begin to notice any shifts that may take place once my practice is complete :)
